App is poorly designed and clearly received no input from UX professionals. Scripts are duplicated in the list, the phone back button exits the app instead of going back, and perhaps worse, if you try to refill a script that's out of stock, the app simply says "no". Not, "Hey it's out of stock but we'll refill it when it's back in stock." Nope. Just a message that says you can't refill the script because it's "not found at the selected store." What a poor user experience.

I absolutely love my pharmacy but this app- it needs to tell patients why there's a delay- if the medication is not in stock- there's nothing, thetes never anything- and if an Rx has expired it needs to be labeled expired- you should not be allowed to think you have a refill left if it has expired. it lets you refill it on the app but it disappears, also there are zero notifications at all. none. I have never received one to let me know that my meds are ready. it is very VERY basic. NO INFO

The app needs to be updated with better features!! 1. Put prescriptions in fill date order. Not in prescription list with the same script on repeat by date. So that we can just go to that prescription name and see everytime it has been filled. 2. Show quantity filled. So we know it's a 30 or 90 day supply etc. 3. Allow alerts or text so that we know when a prescription is ready for pick up. Etc..
