RxTro is Australia’s centralised industry platform and is currently used by every medical representative in Australia to organise appointments with primary care physicians. It is currently used most primary care providers and growing daily.

The key benefit of RxTro is that instead of driving around between clinics, representatives can make/change or cancel appointments all via their iPad and this automatically updated in the customers appointment schedule.
With a representative typically having 5-600 doctors on a territory, this has seen great productivity increases for the industry.

Appointments are often booked six to twelve months in advance. As such representatives want to know when there is a cancellation or change in availability that might suit them.
