The location description is ambiguous. The driver went to the incorrect pick up location, and subsequently cancelled my order after waited for more than 25 min And I was charged $5.30. Feedback to support and was not able to get back my money.

Don't bother using this ride hailing service. Even though I wait at the pickup point and boarded the ride swiftly but still charged me the late fee. Submitted cancellation request for the late fee and got refunded as credit instead. Worst experience ever! Would give 0 star if there is the option, sucks!

Recently I've been having many issues with the Ryde app. It has been really bugged with technical issues. Incident 1: I waited 15mins for my driver, and the map showed that he kept going around in circles getting further away from me! I tried calling him but the reception was so bad I couldn't not hear anything. After 15mins of waiting, he cancelled on me! Incident 2: When I tried to book a Ryde, the app said I already had a booking. I checked, nothing. 10mins later I got a cancel charge of $5.
