I have a Ryobi portable generator and had a hard time just finding the serial number on the thing. but when I tried to connect to my phone via Bluetooth, it failed miserably. I typed in the serial number into the app so many times I unintentionally memorized it. (it does NOT save the serial number). I looked on my phone and found the device under Bluetooth, but it doesn't connect. you press the pairing button on the inverter and it immediately closes the app without connecting. POS.

this app is horrible. it says right on the box. register your product in under 15 seconds. b*******. I'm going on 40 minutes right now. I've scanned the UPC. I have scanned my receipt 15 times. I have manually put in the numbers and it takes forever for the freaking thing to load. what a waste of my time. I would not recommend anybody to register their product through this app.

I've had this awful app for 15 months and it continues to suck. I add my new products and then scan the HD receipt. It clearly reads the receipt because the number and date are correct. But then the app says there are no Ryobi products on the receipt, yet that's the only thing on the receipt. It offers to let me manually choose, but then it wants me to scan the bar code of the product on the receipt. I've already scanned the bar code and entered the serial numbers! Unbelievable. Deserves a zero.
