The automatic receipt scanning process is very difficult to work with. The system refuses to allow multiple items from the same receipt to be uploaded separately and will not process any unregistered items if any one item previously used that receipt number, and will not let you select previously uploaded receipts. Additionally, the feedback pop-up in app refuses to work if you encountered any issues like I did.

It took 4 days, and two Tech support tickets to show the registered products, but not before I was forced to reset the password twice. As of today (8 days later), the items still show as "validating" and not registered. The app will nor close once you log off. Only closes when forced, since it does not have an "exit" button.

I installed this to register my tools. Was confusing but easy once I got the hang of it. It is best to scan from the tool itself. Go to My Tools at bottom, Start New Registration > Scan Product Data Label (QR Code on tool) > select the tool from the list > click the QR symbol to the right of the serial number box to scan in the number (no need to type it). I found it easiest to do the tools individually even when they came as a set. Complaint: I cannot see a list of the tools that I own. Ugh.
