The automatic receipt scanning process is very difficult to work with. The system refuses to allow multiple items from the same receipt to be uploaded separately and will not process any unregistered items if any one item previously used that receipt number, and will not let you select previously uploaded receipts. Additionally, the feedback pop-up in app refuses to work if you encountered any issues like I did.

the scan system fails to work every time stating there is no internet connection. I can only scan in new items i still have the packaging for. I also can not manually enter product serial numbers or model numbers, also stating there is no internet when there clearly is. this is a great idea and the UI is nice. the application just doesn't work. I was excited to u0load all my tools and keep track of registration and warranty. Its pretty disappointing ryobi would release a product this poor.

A small issue first: there is no icon for the app and I have to launch it from settings. Now for the bigger stuff. The app locks up time after time and I have to go back to settings and search for the app to re-start it...ughhh! After a half hour I got the registration to mostly finish except that it tells me my receipt was already sent and it won't let me finish. There should be an option to delete and re-start, but I haven't found it. Terrible app!
