This has got to be one of the worst apps I've used in a long time. The chat feature does not work. After 2 comments, every time you try to put a message in, it won't let you, and your only option is to leave the chat. There is no other way or phone number to reach anyone. There's no tracking system of orders. It's really quite embarrassing to even put this out to the public and expect your clients to get decent service. DO BETTER.

Logging in is rediculously difficult. If you're fortunate enough to actually get logged in, at some point it forces users to change their password. For an app that isn't connected to my financial accounts, this is absolutely REDICULOUS! I only need to use the app every 3-5 months for supplies & each time your PW expires! AND, it will not let me use a previous password?!? Come on! I uninstalled this app after it wouldn't let me reuse a password from more than a YEAR ago! What in the world?

I almost didn't download after looking at the reviews, but gave it a try. Setup is not intuitive, but I did get it to work: 1) Make sure they have your email address on file, you'll need to call them to do so. 2) After completing registration, the app looks like it hangs. Check your email for a link to set your password. 3) Get back into the app, log in using email address and password. I'll note I haven't placed an order yet in-app, did one over the phone and downloaded to check status.
