Logging in is rediculously difficult. If you're fortunate enough to actually get logged in, at some point it forces users to change their password. For an app that isn't connected to my financial accounts, this is absolutely REDICULOUS! I only need to use the app every 3-5 months for supplies & each time your PW expires! AND, it will not let me use a previous password?!? Come on! I uninstalled this app after it wouldn't let me reuse a password from more than a YEAR ago! What in the world?

Setting up could be better. My complaints so far are 1) entering birthday they don't tell you the format, and it's hard to enter on my phone because the android keyboard pops up over the date and you can't see what you're typing. It needs to allow scrolling. I got around it by turning the phone sideways/landscape 2) Needs to be clear about confirming through email. Yes, that's common, but needs to be clear. The rest of the setup was ok.

Thanks to Michael McKenzie I figured out how to complete account set up by checking for an email to verify the account. Otherwise I was also stuck where it looked like nothing was happening. I was able to go through all of the prompts to order supplies, but the "place order" button is not active to allow me to click it to place the order. If anyone knows a hack for that, I could use it. Thanks.
