The app prompts you to "Register or Login." However when you try to use that option it results in an error message. One must use the Guest option, which means the request is not trackable by the user. There are also questions that require either a number (i.e. how many people in an encampment) or only give Yes/No as answer options. Sometimes one doesn't know the exact answer; app need to have "Unsure" or "Unknown" as choices. There's definitely room for improvement.

Cannot attach photos and gives no error as to why. Treats me as not logged in until I attempt to log in and then I'm logged in already. This is already a massive improvement over the old app. Please continue to improve and fix the above errors as well as the myriad spelling and grammatical mistakes.

I've been unable to login for YEARS now as I just get a Salesforce error upon trying to login. YEARS! Most options are rigid and not organized well. App also crashes often. Yesterday it took 5(!) times to be able to submit a ticket as it kept crashing at different points in the submission process.
