Here in 2024 my user experience with this app had been good. But the response to requests is very inconsistent. One glaring issue is when a live request is marked "closed" that does not mean the work is completed or the issue resolved. I was told it means the request has been forwarded to a specific department. No notification is given upon resolution. The response from different departments varies wildly from 48 hour resolution to being ignored completely.

The app prompts you to "Register or Login." However when you try to use that option it results in an error message. One must use the Guest option, which means the request is not trackable by the user. There are also questions that require either a number (i.e. how many people in an encampment) or only give Yes/No as answer options. Sometimes one doesn't know the exact answer; app need to have "Unsure" or "Unknown" as choices. There's definitely room for improvement.

Cannot attach photos and gives no error as to why. Treats me as not logged in until I attempt to log in and then I'm logged in already. This is already a massive improvement over the old app. Please continue to improve and fix the above errors as well as the myriad spelling and grammatical mistakes.
