The app prompts you to "Register or Login." However when you try to use that option it results in an error message. One must use the Guest option, which means the request is not trackable by the user. There are also questions that require either a number (i.e. how many people in an encampment) or only give Yes/No as answer options. Sometimes one doesn't know the exact answer; app need to have "Unsure" or "Unknown" as choices. There's definitely room for improvement.

App at best is "okay." Map pin accuracy isn't always accurate to the address when entered. App cannot cache app page when on device to pull up photos for verification of entering information. App has to be re-opened and report starting from beginning. This should be fixed, as other apps don't do this.

Cannot attach photos and gives no error as to why. Treats me as not logged in until I attempt to log in and then I'm logged in already. This is already a massive improvement over the old app. Please continue to improve and fix the above errors as well as the myriad spelling and grammatical mistakes.
