It is a good app and I have been using it for awhile. Just wish there was options where you could filter out workouts like other apps for something you aren't capable of doing like lunges because you have bad knees or something. Sometimes with the home workouts it will have workouts that is only possible at a gym but with no alternatives to replace that with so I wish there was more alternatives.

Like the app, but preferred it before the latest update. You can no longer put in decimals for weights, which is annoying as the cable machines and some dumbells have .5. I hope this gets fixed as I'm not able to track my weights accurately. In order to "start" your workout, there is now a timer on the screen that gets in the way. Now, there are only 3 warm-up and cool down exercises provided, I liked having additional options before. I appreciate that we now have access to previous workouts.

I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science and this is the BEST training program I've found! I could program my own, but who wants to spend the time when this is available? It hits all the muscles and is easy to follow. I love that I can track my weights for each exercise so I don't have to guess or remember what I've done before. the instructions and videos make everything easy and it has great modification options if an exercise is too advanced or you need to modify because of an injury.
