Like the app, but preferred it before the latest update. You can no longer put in decimals for weights, which is annoying as the cable machines and some dumbells have .5. I hope this gets fixed as I'm not able to track my weights accurately. In order to "start" your workout, there is now a timer on the screen that gets in the way. Now, there are only 3 warm-up and cool down exercises provided, I liked having additional options before. I appreciate that we now have access to previous workouts.

I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science and this is the BEST training program I've found! I could program my own, but who wants to spend the time when this is available? It hits all the muscles and is easy to follow. I love that I can track my weights for each exercise so I don't have to guess or remember what I've done before. the instructions and videos make everything easy and it has great modification options if an exercise is too advanced or you need to modify because of an injury.

Really great fitness app! The workout split is 2 leg days, 2 upper body, and a full body day. Abs/deep core is sprinkled throughout. The app works really well and was recently updated. You can record your weight and reps for each exercise which is really helpful. For each exercise there are forms notes and a demo video. With the update, you can also swap out 1 exercise for another. The app takes out all the guess work and gives you a super solid program to follow!
