My complaint is the app is always on and 📴..it goes into sleeping mode.. so you have to keep restarting it.. and also drivers should be given a chance to rate clients every after a completed trip.

Whenever a request comes on my phone..I only hear the notification but no where to click and accept the request. Why is this happening?

So many suspensions due to customer cancellations as a result of long distances as far as 6-7 kms which drivers have no control over. Why suspend drivers for mistakes made by the clients or App?
