it is completely unfair that SafeCar automatically suspends drivers when a client is the one who cancelled the ride. Drivers should not be penalized, losing their time and income, for things completely out of their control. The system needs to be fixed to look at who actually pressed cancel before locking drivers out of their accounts.

The app is not fair to the drivers. Especially for long trips. You give 61k from Buganda road to aklright city deep inside ... Even after using express high way and in apick hour. Not fair at all. To hell with long trips for this app.

Hey to everyone.. Oh... you should look in this.... the quick cancellings from the customers, completion rate should not be affected, and (Just after accepting the request, the customer ❌ cancel)...
