So many suspensions due to customer cancellations as a result of long distances as far as 6-7 kms which drivers have no control over. Why suspend drivers for mistakes made by the clients or App?

hi safe car, hope your good . my complain is about entebbe airport charges . u charge very little money where by when u deduct fuel , your commission, and airport charges , u end in negative balance. you can't charge a client from ndejje namasuba road to airport and u charge 65000, this is absolutely abnormal. most of your drivers don't want to take airport trips because of low charges and it's not easy to get a return trip from airport.

The passengers are charged less yet you drive longer distances to pick them The app doesn't pay for waiting time, there was a time when I waited to 30 minutes. Passenger cancellations are charged on drivers, And I should be able to rate the people I transport. And the policy of carrying Passengers not lagage should be emphasized and the rider should be charged for using your car as a pick up truck.
