the fairs are set against the rider. and since the app users are modern, cashless should be priotized because of change issues and the request radius should be reduced, some requests from as far 4km.

My complaint is the app is always on and 📴..it goes into sleeping mode.. so you have to keep restarting it.. and also drivers should be given a chance to rate clients every after a completed trip.

So many suspensions due to customer cancellations as a result of long distances as far as 6-7 kms which drivers have no control over. Why suspend drivers for mistakes made by the clients or App?
