it is completely unfair that SafeCar automatically suspends drivers when a client is the one who cancelled the ride. Drivers should not be penalized, losing their time and income, for things completely out of their control. The system needs to be fixed to look at who actually pressed cancel before locking drivers out of their accounts.

I have always credited this app but the issue of not giving seinta drivers airport trip is a grave mistake ever made most time I may not have language but I have More than 5 people but you request they bring a five seater pliz I request let sienta all be given airport booking and dropping because some of us prefer seinta that fielder and the problem when Noah comes they want to negotiate off app because of fuel and some times we end up cancelling but for seinta was a big deal for us pliz conside

Don't expect professional conduct from this company because a clients cancellations cause the driver to be suspended further more a drunk client will complain once or claim to have lost property in your vehicle and their solution is to deactivate the drivers account without further information or investigation. When asked, their customer care literally told me " WE DON'T CARE SINCE HUNDREDS OF OTHER DRIVERS WANT TO SIGN UP". If you value your time leave this app alone.
