About this app

The Safer Walking app has been designed to give vulnerable individuals the security and the freedom to walk outside independently.

When used with a registered Safer Walking device, the app provides carers and family members with the ability to set safe zones, receive notifications in real-time, and lots more. The app also facilities two-way voice calls via the Safer Walking device, and up to 5 people can be linked to each device.

As a carer, you’ll also receive low battery alerts so you can rest assured that the data you are seeing in your app is up to date at all times and the device has not disconnected due to running out of charge.

What’s new

We've given Safer Walking a fresh new look, with an updated logo, app icon and colours throughout.
