Family members with loved ones living in senior living communities or long term care facilities can find it challenging to remain as connected and in touch as they wish. Sagely delivers timely and appropriate updates to family and friends about the activity of residents at senior living communities. Updates can include information such as classes and program events attended, calendar of events for the month and dining habits. Sagely empowers community staff members to manage the attendance of residents in a simple and sensitive way; in turn, this information can be forwarded in real-time to family members’ iPhones and other mobile devices. The result is added peace of mind for family members and residents, as well as more engaging calls and visits.

Installed app and there appears to be a disconnect between facility and the information within the app. Meaning, no usable information provided within the app. No way to edit data or to send new data. Not able to see the other side of this information stream but, does not appear to be a good platform for communication at this point.

I have tried off and on for 2 years to get this app to work. I thought with the recent updates it might actually work this time....nope....going to delete it AGAIN. I obviously have an account, try to reset my password multiple times and it keeps telling me I have an invalid account. Whatever, so over this lousy app. Ok, so I tried again 14 months later, the app still won't recognize my password even though I reset it again. Still not a functional app.

Have the app for 3 days now. 1st day constant message "No Internet Connection". Weird because every other app has internet connection. Then yesterday all of a sudden "on same wifi" the app tells us our loved one has activity and finally a calender of evens pops up. No today "same wifi" and with just mobile data we get the message "No Internet Connection". App does not appear to be stable yet. More development needed.
