Eye Care Pharmacy is the official pharmacy app of Saggaf Eye Center.

Browse a catalogue built entirely around eye care — drops and ointments, dry-eye and allergy treatments, glaucoma and eye-pressure medicines, contact lenses and lens solutions, vitamins and eye-care accessories — and have them delivered to your door or collect them from the pharmacy.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Shop by category or brand, search the whole catalogue, and save what you buy often to your favourites.
• See your prescriptions from Saggaf Eye Center. Medicines prescribed to you at the centre appear in the app, so you do not have to carry a paper slip.
• Order and pay securely online. Card payments are handled by Moyasar, a licensed Saudi payment provider.
• Choose delivery to a location you pin on the map, or collection from the pharmacy.
• Follow your order from confirmed, to being prepared, to ready or delivered — with a notification at each step.
• Read eye-care advice written by the centre's own team: how to use eye drops correctly, screen use and dry eye, caring for contact lenses, and more.
• Raise a complaint or a question about an order and follow the reply in the app.

The whole app works in both languages and switches without losing your place.

NOTIFICATIONS

Order updates are sent as notifications. Offers and news are a separate switch — you can turn offers off in Account → Settings and still be told when your order is ready.
