Bunny" is a dark, non-linear novella based on the short story of the same name.
The story unfolds in a quiet Siberian village, where peace is only a thin veneer. Children begin to disappear, and an ordinary sixth-grader who recently moved to the area finds himself drawn into a chain of frightening and inexplicable events.
Winter covers the village with snow, but the forest remains awake.
In its depths, something wanders among the black trunks, watching from the darkness and taking those who stray too close. Whispers are heard at night, unrecognized faces flicker in windows, and footprints appear in the snow, their owners nowhere to be found. Photos of missing children appear on bulletin boards, and their number grows.
Whoever hears the call of the forest will never be the same again. He must overcome fear, accept the consequences of his decisions, and choose—to stay alive or remain human.
