Ratings and reviews

UI interface is not good when notification is arrived we can't get properly and can't see maps and location when ride request coming.... change the UI system

Everything is awesome but developers need to fix some bugs. App stops working and closes while ending the trip. After restarting the app, it is back to start trip mode again. Passenger keeps waiting in payment mode but the rider goes back into start trip mode. Looks like it is not supporting android version 12. I am using Samsung galaxy F22 4/64 GB with 12nm processor. Device isn't low end. Please fix the issues.

A beautiful story: I just had a ride from Alfa House. It is the most wonderful bike ride I have ever taken. Amazed.. I can speak an hour regarding why the ride went too good. Customer service schemes, benefits to the riders, condition of free ride and other schemes including insurance scheme, the interpersonal communication skill of the rider, his attitude towards the company, his urge to do online ride only, etc are the major reasons behind this comment.Good Luck to this native company.
