Using Sajilo app, but when I'm in a hurry it doesn't even accept 😑 Really frustrating "Called Sajilo, but it wasn't ‘sajilo’ when I needed it most 😑"

i just booked the ride and within few minutes rider call me and he told me he will come but it will take 8 to 10 mins and i told him I'll wait but after 5 mins he cancelled the ride. trying to support nepali apps but very poor service compared to others.....

better then other ride sharing apps like pathao , indrive and yango. the drivers are really helpful and generosity. and I'm pleased it has insurance coverage for both passenger and driver too.
