About this app

The Bertelsmann BKK opens its insured with the app fast and easy ways to communicate with their health insurance. This includes a personal message mailbox for privacy-compliant e-mail traffic with the BKK Service Center. You can also send invoices, other receipts or incapacity certificates to the BKK via a photo from your smartphone. If the master data changes, such as name, address or bank details, this can be updated by the member within a few seconds. If a membership confirmation for a new employer or a university is required, this is also done by clicking. Just as a photo upload for the health card or ordering a new card, this should be lost, etc.

The app has therefore gone through a thorough review process by the Federal Insurance Office as the competent supervisory authority and can be used for your protection only after entering registration code (password) and registration TAN.
