SECURITY
As your health insurance provider, we place particular importance on protecting your personal data. You can communicate with us securely and conveniently in our online branch.

Our security concept includes sending your login details by mail to the address we have on file after registration. We also use a mobile TAN procedure: Each time you log in, we send you an SMS with a security code, which you enter for confirmation. Further information on data protection can be found at https://www.ruv-bkk.de/datenschutz.

NOTE: For security reasons, the "My R+V BKK" app cannot be used with rooted devices.
