Coverage is low now. Unable to flowly play the videos. But it was working well when I purchase nearly five months ago. salam Mobile should action to rectify the coverage issues ASAP. Salam has introduced good, reasonable data packages. Regarding app, frequent updation is needed.

Very bad network signal, speed test doesn't reach above 1 mb/s, and most of the time it's under 100 kb/s, the package is full always and I couldn't use a 10% of it because of the awful signal

I tried to change my plan through the salam app but the OTP was coming very late and and I have 200 riyal balance on my sim again asking to recharge.It is very bad I called customer care but they couldn’t change the plan. Other sim connection we can change the plan using our main balance. If there is 0 star I would have given.
