When their app has technical difficulties there is no way to contact them. They don't have a chat or anything only the support email, which does not work. My email I sent was returned and my issue was not resolved. I don't recommend trying it.

I need to add 10 hours I worked yesterday on 2/5/25. The app will not let me retroactively add them. The app also does not seem to recognize 4 by 10 hour shifts. I have 30 hours logged with yesterday. Not 20 hours because the app is not allowing me to add retroactively even though it says you can and doe not provide the how to add.

For the last drop, I redeemed the three hats. They sent me email confirmations that they were successfully submitted and received. When I logged into the account, I noticed that they refunded the hours without any notice. I reached out to the support team with all the evidence that they were successfully redeemed, and the only answer they had was that they received my request after the sold out, even though I have all the evidence they were submitted and successfully redeemed.
