it is very difficult to get in touch with support. I have emailed them several times for assistance and have yet to get a response. Just recently the app logged me out and will not allow me to logged back in.

When their app has technical difficulties there is no way to contact them. They don't have a chat or anything only the support email, which does not work. My email I sent was returned and my issue was not resolved. I don't recommend trying it.

I need to add 10 hours I worked yesterday on 2/5/25. The app will not let me retroactively add them. The app also does not seem to recognize 4 by 10 hour shifts. I have 30 hours logged with yesterday. Not 20 hours because the app is not allowing me to add retroactively even though it says you can and doe not provide the how to add.
