For the last drop, I redeemed the three hats. They sent me email confirmations that they were successfully submitted and received. When I logged into the account, I noticed that they refunded the hours without any notice. I reached out to the support team with all the evidence that they were successfully redeemed, and the only answer they had was that they received my request after the sold out, even though I have all the evidence they were submitted and successfully redeemed.

On 09/28, about 2 a.m, i redeemed 2 ihop gift cards to use on my birthday. After redeeming, i was told in a confirmation email that it would take up to 24 hours to receive my girft cards, and if i dont see them, to check my spam. It has now been 3 days, and I've seen nothing or received a response back from support. As a matter of fact, the email that was provided with the confirmation for inquiries was not found when trying to send my complaint. This ruined my birthday plans 😕
