About this app

The SALUS iT500 Smartphone controlled thermostat gives you the freedom to control your heating at anytime from anywhere. The iT500 App has some great features:

• Choose from three preset heating schedules for quick set up or create your own.
• Hot water scheduling with three on/off times and up to 3 hours boost function.
• Simple to add heating schedules. Choose from ALL, 5/2 or INDIVIDUAL days.
• Geo-location alerts when you are a set distance from your home, reminding you to set holiday mode or asking if you would like to turn the heating on so that you return to a warm home.
• With easy to follow walk through tutorials on how to use the App.

Ratings and reviews

We run our heating manually but it only connects when it wants to, real hit and miss. One has to constantly check if your command has been actioned or else heating won't be turned on or turned off probably 50% of the time. Seems a lot of people feel the same way. Waste of money.

Worse than useless!! Takes about 3 days to think about connecting. I have to keep checking to see if it's bothered to turn it on. Seriously thinking of dumping the system for something easier.

the app has worked well for me for years. I particularly like the holiday mode and many schedule options. Unfortunately the iT500rx receiver stopped working after a power cut and the iT500 system has been discontinued so I'll upgrade to the iT800 and its new app.
