Reading through the reviews, there seems to be a consistent pattern! I have not been able to connect to the device via the app, the actual device itself I'm not able to control anything from that either! I'm having to turn the boiler off completely because I can't control the heating any other way, but the the water goes off aswel and we are left with cold water! Noticed no reviews have a reply from the developer as far as iv read.. hoping for a response as to why this is happening??

It does the job about 50% of the time. Pain in the neck. Most of the time it doesn't connect. It's currently 'refresh successful' but my heatings on and the app says it isn't. Sluggish, unreliable and in need of huge improvement. If it didn't come with the house I'd have been so annoyed with it considering the cost. If you're in the market, do yourself a favour and buy a nest or hive or something actually 'smart'.

Works when and how it feels like, you put it on manual and reduce the desired temperature at 18, let's say, half a day later the house is boiling at 23 and the heating still going, aiming at 23.5! Not happy! And it di tend to happen quite often! The only way I found works is closing the app, reopening, put again the desired numbers, close the app again, open again and see what is doing! And repeat the cycle until you get the result you want!
