The RT310i has some great features.
• Receive Geo-Location alerts when you are a set distance from your home, reminding you to set holiday mode or asking if you would like to turn your heating on so that you return to a warm home.
• Suitable for Heating or Cooling applications.
• Manual mode, allows you to use the thermostat without schedules by just setting the temperature you require.
• Easy to follow walk through tutorial on how to use the app.

Ratings and reviews

The app works ok on my Google pixel. However , I wouldn't recommend it as this system does not let you share your login or add someone else so they can turn heating on or off. You are reliant on one device which is rubbish!

Landlords - We use this to control 5 heating systems in a single app. Has worked perfectly on a Xiaomi android phone for several years. Tells you when thermostat batteries are dying. We have saved approx £200 per building, per year by contolling the temperature on warm days. We can see the temperature and know when tenants are lying saying they're cold! We can reduce the temperature every time we drive past a house and see the windows flung wide open because tenants don't turn down TRVs. Use it!

For some reason in scheduled mode it does not switch the heating on in the morning, the flame icon blinks on the thermostat ( the temps is also well below the target) but that's it, eventually it will come on but much later than the programed time. No issues in manual mode, but in essence that's only 1 set-point. P.s. Seems to be fixed with the option to turn off the 'optimised start' in settings.
