pathetic app & pathetic services. Very disappointing experience. The app is slow, crashes frequently, and makes even simple tasks like checking portfolio or placing orders frustrating. The interface is confusing, and important features are hard to find. Customer support is also unresponsive when issues come up. Not reliable for something as important as stock trading.

very few new features - not even 1 per month,no scalper tool till now, no trading journal or pnl in calendar format, no customisations in the option chain, no OHLC columns in the option chain. No use of sharing the feedbacks, no much new features at all. instead of bringing trading features, you are bringing more research features for tips.

The SMCO app is extremely disappointing. It is full of bugs, lags constantly, and has very slow performance. The app often becomes unresponsive, especially during critical usage. Login failures are frequent, which is unacceptable for a trading platform. Features don’t load properly and navigation is inconsistent. Overall, the experience is frustrating and unreliable. Immediate fixes are needed to improve stability, performance, and user trust.Immediate attention is required to fix these issues
