About this app

Samplesay Field is the companion app for teams that collect survey responses face to face. Interviewers sign in with an account created by their workspace administrator, download the surveys assigned to them, and run interviews anywhere - including with no mobile signal at all.

WHAT IT DOES

- Works fully offline. Surveys are stored on the device, so interviews continue without any connection.
- Automatic sync. Completed responses upload as soon as the device reconnects, and the workspace can request a sync at any time.
- The full question set. Single and multiple choice, scales, matrices, ranking, dates, numbers, open text, photo and file questions, with the same skip logic as the web version.
- Optional GPS point. If the interviewer allows location access, a single reading is taken when an interview is finished and stored with that response, so answers can be mapped and audited.
- Photos and files. Attach a photo or a document to any response that asks for one.
- Push notifications. Get told when a new survey is assigned or when the office asks the team to sync.
- Progress at a glance. See how many responses are saved, pending upload, or already synced.

FOR TEAMS, NOT INDIVIDUALS

There is no self sign-up. Accounts are created by a workspace administrator in the Samplesay web app, and each interviewer only sees the surveys assigned to their workspace. Location and notification permissions are optional - the app works without either.
