The app seems a little predatory on pricing. The interface on the app doesn't work right, so use the website. It claims on the app that you get a free letter, but you don't. I wrote out the whole thing for the first free letter, saved it, then was prompted to buy a letter package. I purchased the $15/5 letters, and then poof! Letter gone. After searching the app to no avail, I got on the computer and logged in. Luckily my letter was there! And no free letters when people use the link you share.

For the most part, this app is great. I've been able to communicate with my girlfriend between phone calls and show her my support. The only issue is I've had multiple letters say they'd be delivered the next day, and they took longer than claimed. My most recent issue was a letter I sent on the 1st of July, and it still says in transit. I really wish the next day delivery was a garuntee and not a maybe.

Update-the app shows the letter has not been delivered. Someone from Sandboxx did reach out to me quickly and shared a notification that the letter was delivered when promised. A glitch caused the problem It sounds great, but the delivery is no faster than regular mail. I sent a letter on June 30th, well before the cut-off to be delivered before the July 4th holiday. It's July 4th, and the letter hasn't been delivered to the base yet. If you say you're going to provide a service, then do it.
