Slow, constantly times out. Needs 'stay signed' option like old TK app. Seems TK's IT department was way better than Ally's Update: 'Stay signed' option kinda resolved. Charts are lagging behind real time by several minutes. Still problems with staring the app from the phone, has to launch it from the App screen in GooglePlay. New version lost ability to stay signed-in for a long period of time. Now, again, have to log in constantly.
EDIT: After being told by customer service reps that the new update left me unable to use the app forever (I have Android KitKat), Ally FINALLY fixed it and I can use it again! Ally: I've loved banking with you until this recent incident. Considering 18% of global Android users have KitKat, this was a mistake you never should have made to begin with. Please remain awesome and don't do dumb stuff like this again!
July 3rd 2017. What's wrong now? Can't access for 2 days! Please Fix! It's two weeks now and apparently the app is not working with some Android phones. So frustrating! 7/10/17
Finally got so fed up with the issue i had with this app over the past 2 years that I have moved on to another bank. You had one job. Online banking. How can you mess your app up so bad and feel okay with that? *smh*
The fingerprint login option does not work with ZTE Axon 7. Please fix
Latest update on July 10 fixed my login issue finally. Glad it was fixed, and hope it stays working. If all goes well I'llgladlyup my rating again once more.
