it was great for a few months then all of a sudden when I want to transfer photos into my memory card, the individual folders(camera,download,etc) did not show up and just lumped all my photos and videos together, making me sort through EVERYTHING. Oh, and it removed my nickname from the memory card and will not let me change it Edit: Did everything Sandisk said to do and it is still not working properly.

If you have the old Memory Zone, keep it. After putzing with the new one for 10 minutes, I still couldn't find a way to move a file (if it's even possible). I did find plenty of opportunities to buy Adobe products. Basically, the old version works (and works well), so sandisk's 'end of support' won't matter. The only thing wrong with it was that it wasn't making them money

Twice the size of the previous version No option to 'move' files. I didn't use the earlier version to backup files, I used it to clear space on my phone by moving the files. I found it very slow. A 2 minute transfer of files took more than 20 minutes. In short, it doesn't do what I need. The old version did. I will have to look for a different alternative.
