I am having a terrible experience! First my device keeps disconnecting, I had to change some settings so it can stay connected, then I had to transfer under 100 pictures everytime I want to transfer pictures to keep it from disconnecting (I have about 700+), and NOW THE UI IS BUGGED. I cant scroll down or select individually! Terrible just terrible, the old app was better

If you have the old Memory Zone, keep it. After putzing with the new one for 10 minutes, I still couldn't find a way to move a file (if it's even possible). I did find plenty of opportunities to buy Adobe products. Basically, the old version works (and works well), so sandisk's 'end of support' won't matter. The only thing wrong with it was that it wasn't making them money

Twice the size of the previous version No option to 'move' files. I didn't use the earlier version to backup files, I used it to clear space on my phone by moving the files. I found it very slow. A 2 minute transfer of files took more than 20 minutes. In short, it doesn't do what I need. The old version did. I will have to look for a different alternative.
