Featured in Forbes, Business Insider, Bloomberg, TechCrunch, Fast Company, Associated Press, and BBC.

*What’s an Iron Grade? It’s a non-invasive hemoglobin estimate based on a picture of your fingernails combined with a log to track your nutritional intake and mood. Not getting enough iron, folate or vitamin B12 in your diet may cause:

💅🏼 Brittle nails
😴 Fatigue
🏋️ Physical weakness
🎈 Lightheadedness
🥴 Dizziness
👱‍♂️ Pallor (Pale or yellowish skin)
💨 Shortness of breath
🤕 Headaches
🥶 Cold hands and feet

• Allows you to track your folate, vitamin B12, iron intake and mood for the day.
• Gives you an instant Iron Grade with just a fingernail selfie
• Saves your history in shareable format

AnemoCheck now offers a premium subscription that includes the following features:

+ MyMobile – Get 50% more accurate results with your unique algorithm. It calibrates every time you upload lab tests and take a fingernail selfie.
+ Expanded Testing - You can test 150 times each month to better track how diet and lifestyle changes impact your Iron Grade. The basic (free) subscription has a 9-test limit per month.
+ Data insights - You have full access to past test results. See how your Iron Grade has changed over time and track trends such as your mood and supplement use.
+ Set reminders - We know life gets hectic, and we can help you tap into your health by sending you reminders on when to take your fingernail selfie.

The app is probably a great way to help you FEEL like you're staying on top of monitoring your hemoglobin levels. Maybe it would be better to utilize it as a chart to keep up with the statistics of your actual blood test results. I understand that the technology is new, but it was WAAAAYYY off from my actual levels. I have ACD so my levels are checked often by actual lab tests. The photographic test results were off by 4 points which is significant when the apps own scale is only from 0-20.

Hi Tisa, Sorry to hear that you're having issues with AnemoCheck Mobile. I noticed you had a lot of glare in your pictures. Try angling your fingers down slightly to avoid flash reflections. Please reference this instructional video( Let me know if you have any more questions at -Rob

So the science on this is really new and I remember reading an article about its invention. Bottlenecked only by your phones camera quality and lighting conditions. For highest accuracy you'll need a phone with both good lens and backed by a solid camera software. (you can have two different phones with the same exact sensors but perform totally different based on the image processing app. It's why snapchat looked like trash when it came out.) Cheers to this app helping people. 🥃

Wildly different results from 2 different androids, with nail pics taken back to back, in the same location, same lighting. Why? Tried multiple times but one phone always gave higher numbers in the 13-14 range, while the other was in the 11-12.3 range. No way to know which, if either, were giving the more accurate result.
