About this app

Developed by lesbian psychologists to be something fun and beneficial for lesbian, bisexual, and queer women during challenging times, Sapphic Savvy is entirely grant-funded, not-for-profit, and totally free! Each week, compete for top scorer prizes by making accurate guesses about the stereotypic experiences of fellow lesbian, bisexual, and queer women, strategically wagering points on your guesses being correct, and reporting on your own experiences. What stereotypes, you ask? You know, uhauling, carabiners, cats, septum piercings, tattoos, flannel shirts, undercuts, veganism, codependence, scissoring, short fingernails, infidelity, polyamory, partying, and more! It’s up to you- shape the competition by voting on the best questions about stereotypes and relatable Sapphic experiences to be featured in the competition and submitting your own ideas! Results come out on Saturdays and show you the accuracy of your Sapphic assumptions, how your experiences compare, and help separate stereotype fiction from shared reality. Climb the leaderboard, track your stats, browse user profiles, and connect in live chat rooms.

Can't sign up because bottom bar of buttons on phone doesn't allow. ship sank before it could sail. 😔. Will update review if fixed. Edit 03/15/26: Reinstalling to see how it works. Thanks for updating me!! I'm glad you got your funding back :). Will update again as necessary.

Hi M Das, this issue has been fixed in our latest release. Long story, we lost our grant-funding and released a not perfect app last summer that had major issues on some Android phones, like yours. Funding has been reinstated and we have since fixed all of those issues and have relaunched the competition. Hope you will install the update & join us!

I have a Pixel 9 Pro and I can't set up an account because the checkmark for the profile picture is off the edge of my screen and un-clickable. I'd love to try this app out!

Hi Reagan, this issue has been fixed in our latest release. We lost our grant-funding and had to release a not perfect app last summer that had major issues on some Android phones, like yours. Registration doesn't work. It requires a picture, but the check mark to approve the picture can't be clicked, I think buried under the phone's header. Using latest version of android.
