Hello, I am trying to register for the Peoples Subsidy Bike Program, but I am not receiving the OTP on my mobile number. I have tried multiple times, but the OTP is not delivered. Please help me resolve this issue so I can complete my registration. Thank you.

very much disappointed from this app and also sindh Government Bike fuel subsidy program as i have already registered my bike dated on 13 feb, 2026 but still when i enter my details nic number and bike Registration number it says Vehicle details not found ???? can someone help regarding this ???
