terrible experience let me explain the very basic feature of this application is to let you know what time the bus will be ariving, why are GPS monitoring which it does not do accurately and spoils the entire purpose.

for me the matter not on the app, but it's coming from some buses drivers,,whom it think they "choose to stop or not" in some stations,,this happens so many times,,so many buses pass away like there is nobody waiting in the right locations,,I do not know what that mean,,is it about luck to catch the bus or not? it's still the same until now,, and that customer service not answering. what is the meaning to but customer service no. if there is no body to help? again and again, same issue
