Dear Support Team, I am facing multiple issues with the Saraltoons app, and I am very disappointed with the experience. Even after entering the correct password, the app keeps showing it as incorrect. I have already made the payment, but when I try to view the Pro character preview, the app asks me to log in again. Additionally, none of my work is getting saved. Whenever the app exits or closes, all the work I have done is lost. This is extremely frustrating and makes the app unusable for me.

The ik has problem we can't use ik with adjustment. while useing ik the character eyes, mouth,eye brows & other body parts get dislocated & we can't fix it. so make a feature so we can use ik with adjustment it will boost the & will get rid of cons & the overall perfomance of saral toons will be far better then other apps. Please make it as soon as possible

completely garbage app. It doesn't work properly. I just installed it and as I try it how it works, after choosing. first character and pressing play animation button with in second it starts showing message to close the app again and again. Couldn't select second any animation and couldn't even see it's functions.
