About this app

Alerts are sent to the "Center for Citizen Safety and Emergencies", which will follow a protocol coordinated with the police, SAME (hospital), firefighters and traffic, depending on the type of help you need.
The operator will know your location, since it is obtained by your GPS, and so we can assist you as soon as possible. For this reason, we set the goal of arriving to help you in less than 10 minutes.
You can send alerts from 5 categories: Police, Health, Firefighters, Road Accident, Gender Violence.
In addition, from the App, after sending any alert, a chat will be opened with the "Center for Citizen Safety and Emergencies" so that you can provide the information you think is necessary. In the Road Accident alert it will be necessary to indicate if there is a risk of life, otherwise, after 8 seconds we will assume that it is.
