A learner identifies strength in performance and so determines the best career to pursue once done with education. This entails a learner setting targets with the assistance of a tutor, parent, and other stakeholders. Depending on subsequent performance, a learner can monitor whether she or he is still on the projected performance.
The tool ensures that a parent, teacher, and other Educational officials can view and a child's performance and guide the learner anywhere and at any time regardless of whether the learner has transferred or not.
