Poor access and customer service. After the initial login, subsequent attempts to access the dashboard have been futile as I get an error message every time I input login credentials. Customer support is barely functional and hardly respond to queries.

It normally is a good app to use, easy and user friendly and quite honestly deserving of five stard... but it's become difficult to access after the recent update. It brings up an error message every time I try to access it. Please fix it.

I have been forced to download the app because they are no longer sending sms showing the outstanding balance. This is highly inconvenient and not client friendly at all. The sms was really helpful in keeping track and it was instantaneous once the hospital visit began. Disappointed ☹️
