hello my problem is creating an account, when I create an account it says I already have an account, the only app I created an account was APA health cover. And when I sign in to get otp it says error in getting my pin

Poor access and customer service. After the initial login, subsequent attempts to access the dashboard have been futile as I get an error message every time I input login credentials. Customer support is barely functional and hardly respond to queries.
