• Purpose: Used EXCLUSIVELY to detect when a user launches a selected distracting application in order to display the session timer overlay and enforce focus lock boundaries.
• Privacy Assurance: Phone Addict does NOT monitor, read, collect, store, or transmit any personal messages, passwords, photos, keyboard inputs, browsing history, or sensitive personal data. All processing occurs strictly offline on your device.

2. DISPLAY OVER OTHER APPS (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW):
• Purpose: Used to display the mindful focus lock screen and session timer overlay over restricted applications when time limits are reached.

3. USAGE ACCESS (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS):
• Purpose: Used to calculate accurate per-app daily and weekly screen time statistics and enforce daily usage allowances.

4. BATTERY OPTIMIZATION EXEMPTION (REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS):
• Purpose: Ensures the app blocker service and scheduled focus reminders run reliably in the background without being killed by aggressive OEM battery managers.
