The order tracking feature on this app is frustrating and non-functional. After placing an order and then coming back to track the order in the app after SavRx has sent a shipped notification out, the tracking feature displays a screen of miscellaneous garbled characters. This same result is obtained everyday, even after the order is received. My wife has an iPhone and uses the App Store version, with the same results. Garbage!

It's a great app once you figure out how to create your profile. I get my scripts on time, no more calling and waiting to talk to someone. But to create a profile takes a little time. You do have to go onto their website and put in for a quick refill, once you do that, use that RX# to create your profile on the website. Once you've created your username and password on the website, go into your mobile app and sign in with those credentials. That's what worked for me anyway. Good luck

I've been using this for quite awhile now. Went to refill a script a couple days ago and it wasn't working. Tried again today & it's the same thing - blank screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still isn't working. Very frustrating. Please fix!
