Needs better account management. It's really demoralizing when all of your progress is gone. Update: I tried making a second account because customer service couldn't retrieve my first. I did so properly this time and now I can no longer log into it. the original Pixel Starship is great. I can't speak for this because it won't let me play.

there's a lot of graphical glitches such as the ship not giving you X-ray vision when you zoom all the way out and zoom back in. everything that was basically cheap in the first game is now heavily expensive for the pay to win players. I mean a single sandbag to provide your ponds a defensive bonus in a room is $267 Starbuxs. you used to be able to just color your ship whatever color you want it for free now you need to spend $20 for pre-color ship. alot more but out of letters.

I love the game, I love the original Pixel Starships, I get this game as soon as it was available. My problem, it not optimized. when I first started the game, my phone got very hot, the game was very glitchy, I restarted the app a few times because it was like freeze and at one point it kept giving me an error and wouldn't load the app so I had to reinstall. Now I've actually gotten to play the game, I still see that it gets stuck after certain action like finishing a battle.
