Ratings and reviews

The app is okay but better stay away. Impossible to deal with their CS, no one follows up. No resolution, no solution. They request a ton of papers over and over again, yet no one is checking. The CS is not responding for weeks. Shocking, never expected this bad for such a known brand.

Great app and platform for trading as a private person. Loads of features and options. Low fees on trades is a great plus as then one can make multiple transactions. Only downside is that they removed the interest on free cash. It makes it annoying for me to always need to transfer the cash to my bank loan account where i can offset the 3.5% interest on my free cash. Hope this improves in future upgrades.

Terrible customer service. Slow transaction process. There are much better trading platforms. Honestly don't bother trying to work with this joke of an outfit. They are useless. Total waste of time.
