Cancelled my order due to price misfeed but the cancellation comes much later. Need to improve response time and also accuracy.

Platform did not allow trade during US hours due to issues, causing actual missing of trades and losses! It's mindblowing that I've now waiting for 30 minutes, and the feature to initiate a transaction is still loading. Saxo indicates in its log-in page that its engineers are looking into the issue - will investors be compensated for the thousands of dollars of losses actually incurred? As follow up, no trades were possible for at least 10 minutes. Highly recommended not to use Saxo's services.

Terrible experience. Had a technical glitch on the part of the platform which they could not resolve for weeks even after countless phone calls and emails. Ended up restricting the account during a key period. Customer service was unable to help and all they could do is apologise. Terrible platform compared to others I have used. Would advice against opening an account.
