Investap is an extremely poor app; it is impossible to make investments through it. They provide a UPI option but fail to offer any field to enter the UPI ID. Moreover, when the market is down, investing becomes completely impossible. I sent emails and spoke with customer support, but they don't solve the issue I am still facing the exact same issue. Banks push "regular plans" If their app works properly then RM's post will be finished, so raise the issue in the app itself.

The app was working so well. I was using this app for investments especially when staying abroad. From last week onwards after the App update it's not working properly. Just showing the welcome screen and the App is not loading, I checked this App on my other phone too, just to check if the phone has any issues. Kindly check this issue and rectify this App issue.

Don't use this useless application SBI Investap because after the update it has become very bad. They have introduced a new AI feature but it is only AI in name because it gives repeated and useless answers. After the update the processing time for every task has also become more than double. totally useless application.
