Terrible app. cannot register because it doesn't allow foreign contact numbers to key in. however they advertise app is for both domestic users and NRIs. Its chicken and egg situation, can't ask FAQs to so called AI app unless register and cannot register with foreign contact no.

Since the last update, I am not able to open the phone, when everything else is the same. I don't know which era you guys are living in asking us to select access points. This app is not working on any device. You guys need to check it before asking customers to do all the unnecessary stuff or simply say that the app won't work anymore.

It will be good if the expected date of transfer of amount, in case of switch and expected date of credit to account, in case of redemption is displayed. Or else, there is nothing to complain. Interface, oter features are EXCELLENT.
