Worst banking application that I have ever used. Unable to do any operations & just loader icon moving. Even the fund value is very low as they have committed double at the time of selling policy. My bad decision to buy policy from SBI.

Absolutely useless app. It doesn't work. I tried to give my Certificate of Existence which I had given last year on 28 June 2024 and in earlier years through this app. But this time after filling the data and waiting for OTP a window opens which says "" COE is not due for this policy number" every time. Calling SBI Life helpline was of no use. Email to SBI Life -reply was to visit their nearest office instead amending the app. Read critical reviews of year 2025 and sack the vendor of the app.

The application is experiencing crashes, and login functionality is currently unavailable. Furthermore, the website appears to be down. How can I access my policy information? SBI, please address and resolve this issue promptly.
