ive been having issues with my password deleting out when I try to log in. then I have to close down app and reinstall it

The app is unable to verify identify very often forcing a password reset and even that isn't guaranteed to fix it. More often than not I have to go to the bank and have them do it on their end.

Easy to use and have an update of status of your account(s). The ability to transfer money quickly is a plus and there is a mobile check deposit feature in there.
