The UI design is very poor, and the functionality is also not up to the mark. Additionally, important information is missing — for example, when checking bill consumption, there is no clear detail about installment charges. Is the installment charge ₹2.37 per day❓ My smart meter was replaced around July 2024, and since then, ₹2.37 is being charged daily. Why is this amount being deducted?

This app is good but there is mistake in bill settlement because some time it charge for additional thing without giving any explanation that why this additional charges deducted from account also some time mistake in subtraction. ex if opening balance is 500 and 300 should be deducted but after deduction it shows your balance is -100 or anything instead of 200. I hope SBPDCL seeing my review and try to fix this issue.

very bad experience!! It sometimes works fluently and sometimes when you try to recharge it doesn't loads the page due to network issue maybe. but since past two days I have been trying to recharge my electricity bill and guess what? after its new update its not even loading! Even I uninstalled the app and installed it back but now I can't log in!! I had to recharge through online websites which is not easy to find in phone.
