MULTIPLE-PLATFORM INTERACTIVE PIANO LEARNING APP FOR STUDENTS & TEACHERS.
Piano eClassroom is an app that is specially designed for teaching and learning piano in a classroom. In addition to the features that help students learn & practice on their own or with teacher’s guidance, the app also provides features that help piano teachers combine the traditional teaching methods with the advancement of technology to optimize the teaching outcomes. As a result, teachers can increase the number of students they can teach at the same time in a classroom.
* Features that help students learn or practice on their own or with teacher’s guidance:
- Learn music theory.
- Practice reading music notes.
- Practice playing the piano in different modes (one hand, both hand, free time, tempo, …)
* Features that help teachers better organize and operate the classroom:
- Use the contents from the app (music theory lessons, exercises, songs) as teaching resources.
- Use the intuitive features of the app to demonstrate music theory lessons.
- Create your own teaching resources, by using a music notation app like MuseScore to compose the sheet music for the songs you want your students to practice, then exporting them to MusicXml format and importing into the app for the students to practice.
*** In addition, if the teacher’s device (phone/tablet) and students’ devices are in the same local network (connected to the same Wifi, no Internet needed), the following features are also available:
- Quickly send a song or a collection of songs from teacher’s device to students’ devices.
- Quickly send practice results from students’ devices to teacher’s device. This feature is useful for organizing practice examinations. Many students can practice at the same time and send the results to the teacher, so the teacher doesn’t need to listen to each student at a time for evaluation.
- Synchronize lighting-key pianos from teacher's device to students' devices. When this feature is on, every time the teacher presses a key on his/her piano, the same key on the students' lighting-key pianos will also be lighted, making it more intuitive and interesting for students to learn.
