Cool idea. Starts up quickly because I can just select a subfolder of my vault where I have tasks. I tried using it and items don't stay in the day view. Not sure what causes them to get kicked out. If I close the app it doesn't so maybe it is when I edit the document that it breaks it. Also doesn't keep the global filter after set.

It's really really rough still. I'll keep my eye on it, but right now it's not really usable. For example, the only AI option there is is a Gemini key, no openrouter, and definitely no custom endpoints. You can set it to task files instead of a task list, but then it still isn't checked when you create a new task and it asks you for a save file every time which means creating a quick task takes like 12 steps. The interface itself is rough, there are buttons all over that are just mysterious.

Works really nicely! The boundaries of the widgets are much larger than the app which makes sizing a bit difficult, and you cant customize the colors of the widget, but the task widgets can be checked off from the widget without opening obsidian! I wish there was an option to cross them out, but overall pretty nice and works offline!
