The mobile deposit has lost one of our checks, deposits do not show up as pending, bills paid do not show up as pending. We basically have no idea how much money is in our account, ever. Don't know if it's completely the app or the bank just sucks but I've never had a bank that takes weeks to pay a bill and loses deposits not to mention not putting those 2 things in the balance as pending. Do not move your money to this bank.

Great local bank with tons of great features. When shopping for a bank, remember that your local banks have more power for mortgages and loans than an inpersonable Internet bank. Sometimes easier isn't always better. Think long term. Everyone at South Central has been super helpful and kind. 10/10 recommend.

The mobile deposit could use some work. There is NO way to put a note / memo for the deposit. This makes it very difficult to reconcile payments on accounts. A memo field would help a LOT. Please look into this. It would be a real time saver! There used to be a way to put an invoice #, note on a payment (at least I think there was) But, there is not now. Would be such a handy feature for the person receiving the check.
