It's good to buy games and add ons but that's about it - the app has issues and you cannot report them to PlayStation. The recently played game list and amount of time played has stopped updating; You cannot add funds to Wallet despite the page displayed exactly the same as the website. The add funds button is missing. Would be good to also have the same activity feed as displayed on the console.

Honestly, updating from a Pixel 1 to an 8 solved most of my problems. The older phones can't handle the workload this app puts on the processor. I still get some hangups when connecting to a party but it def works a lot smoother. I've never uploaded videos or tried to make purchases through the app, so I can't judge. Def connects faster to party chat on a faster phone, but there is the occasional "can't speak to person X, network connection lost" message. But that only lasts for about 10 seconds

Works half of the time. Mind as well be none of the time. With the new passkey system, my whole app is messed up. Stars just went away, clips often don't upload or send properly, I can't use the store and the issues go on and on. I deleted and re-installed it because when I logged out and now I can't get back in. Infinite loading screen. Terrible.
