Ratings and reviews

A horrid app that refuses to allow connection for days at a time, on different Wi-Fi networks, attempting to use cellular data, and will log you out on a whim. Don't even get me started on the Passkey nonsense that kept me locked out of my account for days while it wouldn't let me reset my password because the passkey refused to work. Update- 5/13 and still unable to get a connection to the server. Garbage app.

I primarily use this for downloading saved gameplay clips and screenshots but it crashes way too much if I'm trying to watch/download my videos or pictures. There's been times where I'm trying to save just one clip and it crashed at least 7 times before I finally got it. Other than that issue, browsing the store and looking at your games and trophies works fine.

Honestly, updating from a Pixel 1 to an 8 solved most of my problems. The older phones can't handle the workload this app puts on the processor. I still get some hangups when connecting to a party but it def works a lot smoother. I've never uploaded videos or tried to make purchases through the app, so I can't judge. Def connects faster to party chat on a faster phone, but there is the occasional "can't speak to person X, network connection lost" message. But that only lasts for about 10 seconds

• Lore (Beta): Unlock cutscenes, character bios, and other information in PS App as you play The Last of Us Part II Remastered.
• Interactions on Share Screen: You can now interact with the host and other viewers on Share Screen using using pointers, pings, and emoji reactions. This is available while interactions are turned on by the Share Screen host.
