Ratings and reviews

After the last update the app crashes constantly. If you type a message then put your phone down, when you go to send another message it reloads the app, you have to wait for that, then it takes you to the main screen NOT the conversation you were just having. Then you have to press chats, then find the chat again. It's even buggier than before. I get constant background notifications that the app is unstable and keeps closing. Thanks.

Would like to be able to track exact hours/time in which the playstation was used. Also a bigger wishlist. we recently got a update 11/2025 stating that we could permanently delete messages sent to other friends, but i tried to do that on the mobile ps app and it didnt even give me the option to do so, all you can do is leave the group, but if you send a new message the whole previous conversations comes up again.

they went out of their way to make the login experience as non-functional as possible. The PlayStation portal doesn't even work intuitively anymore. everything about this is awful now. they will not let me sign in at all anymore. I use my password for 10 years and now I can't log in at all and they give me some QR code that doesn't work this is insanely unacceptable.
