Useless! When trying to add my son as my contact, the only option I'm given is to block him. Tried using the "help page", and it will not allow me to submit my request. Then tried to exit, and got stuck in a loop that always took me back to the page where my only option is to block him. I suggest that you not even bother with this useless app.

0 stars is better fitting. Terrible app! It glitches and freezes in the visits and during other requests. Most of the time, you will have to try more than 3 times to get an action to complete. For example, my verification expired? So I'm attempting to upload my id and verification photos. When I press submit, NOTHING happens. I've attempted this about 8 times within the last hour.

Worse app and service ever created! Unfortunatly, its the only way to visit someone at a select facility! Sometimes, when myself or the inmate answers, there is just a black screen and no audio. Also, my app just shows a blank white screen A LOT! It is also more expensive to pay via card instead of going to the facility, in which I have no choice right now but to pay by card. This app is awful!!
