If you're looking for a scheduling app start with trying this one. This isn't just about this app in the app store even though it's great (gives you basically all the same abilities of the browser version on the computer, which other companies fail with). I love it. So many task apps pressure themselves into functionality/menus but leave you with so much crowding that it feels like it's own project to manage it. Here they've managed to make something that feels seamless to add to my workflow.

So far, the free version of this app has been very impressive. I'm really enjoying it. 2 things that would make it better: #1) as others have said, priority levels for tasks. #2) a way to indicate that you didn't do what you were supposed to do during a timebox and therefore need to push tasks that are in the past into the future without removing "smart scheduling." ETA: I was wrong about #2! I just realized that I just needed to click recalculate to push the tasks forward.

This is what I've been looking for - a user-friendly time blocking app that can automatically rearrange things if needed. Like motion but not nearly as expensive. This app is very simple and intuitive to use. Reason I held back a star: I see there are push notifications for event start times, but I want to be able to set alarms ahead of time. Developers, earn your fifth star from me and please add customizable alarms for events and tasks! :) * Thanks for the response devs 👍
